She studied the market intensely and against our better judgement, but supported with real market sales data in our area, encouraged us to list the property much higher than we anticipated it would sell for. In fact the house sold for 8% higher than our asking price, 19% higher than we initially anticipated - in less than a week. We couldn't be more pleased. The success of the sale was due in large part to the preparation. The photography and marketing was exceptional. Kelly gave the market a few days to view the listing and as she anticipated, buyers were waiting in line and writing offers on the spot. A seller couldn't ask for more in a realtor or an agent.
